Bar Mercurio is a dream that awoke in 1997 - and because of a fierce family need
to share a culinary experience engrained in our DNA by time, culture and history.

Who Are We

Food is an opulent language that never stops talking - mindful, we have selected
but two ingredients to broadcast our culinary romance - flour and water.

In a pure pursuit towards excellence, our pizzas and breads are naturally leavened -
we hand “forage” our fare.
